Site Visit

Perform a full site survey

Then we visit your proposed build location. Here we will be able to discuss your existing design or what kind of designs are possible to build on your site with relevant figures and the surrounding services.

Agree on the layout/design

Design and Planning

The concept phase will include a fully costed set of plans and will require a nominal deposit when agreed. Once you’re fully satisfied with the proposition, we will work with you to establish the costs for both the house and site development.

Interior Design

As the drawings are being completed, we’ll collaborate with you and our interior designer to plan and select the interior details that will elevate your build, including the kitchen design, electrical schemes, and material and colour choices.

Building and Construction

We’ll form a comprehensive contract and upon your approval, you’ll receive a detailed project timeline and construction will begin. We’ll provide ongoing consultation to ensure a seamless and successful outcome until your build is complete.

Walkthrough

Handover

When completed, our team will conduct a thorough walk-through of your project with you to ensure that you are satisfied with the result. Our team will be available to answer any questions you may have, and we are committed to providing you with a seamless and stress-free handover process. During this process, we will provide you with all necessary information regarding maintenance, upkeep, and any warranties associated with the work we have done. Your project is a significant investment, and our goal is to ensure that you have a complete understanding of how to properly care for it to maintain its longevity and quality.
